1. Fast Shipping
We aim for next-business-day dispatch to get your purchases to you quickly. However, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
2. Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Contact our customer service team, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Once verified, we’ll replace the product at no cost to you.
3. Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products include a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. If you experience an issue within this period, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for 'change of mind.' We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.
